Hands-on experience in SW projects delivery
5+ years of Project/Program Management experience in IT area
Strong understanding of SDLC, different SW development methodologies, processes and tools
Experience managing teams of 50+ people
Awareness on modern technologies in different technology stacks
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Strong sense of ownership
Strong people management skills
Portfolio budget management experience
Escalation management experience
Experience working with distributed teams
Advanced English level

Job Responsibilities:

Managing projects’ portfolio for Client from Industrial domain
Being responsible for delivery quality and service level measurement, financial performance of projects’ portfolio, attrition control
Driving business growth on existing account and contribution to new business development (pre-sales)
Support strategic initiatives within the company
