- Conduct research on assigned categories, tracking trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior
- Identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations for brand and A&I strategies and share category insights and best practices across the organization
- Manage tools and suppliers
- Develop and execute a Creator Community engagement strategy to attract, onboard, and retain creators
- Manage events, challenges, and missions to incentivize UGC creation and foster belonging
- Track and analyze Creator Loyalty performance to identify learnings and optimize activations.
- Champion new multidivisional segments (e.g., Men, Gaming) and eventing priorities (e.g., #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt)
- Activate paid and organic multibrand influencer campaigns leveraging the L'Oréal portfolio
- This role combines strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights to drive innovation and growth across L'Oréal's divisions
- Expertise in developing awareness campaign strategies and working with influencers.
- In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking abilities.
- Interest in and understanding of beauty and cosmetics trends.
- A Bachelor's degree and Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
