Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Issue requested goods and materials according to approved requests.
Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations within warehouses and stores.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and NPA global warehouse procedures.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Specific duties

Select, pack, and prepare orders for issuance to requestors
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
Prepare Goods Received Note upon receipt and inspection of materials.
Notify requestors on arrivals of goods and materials.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations according to NPA global guidelines
Prepare of scheduled reports with updated inventory balances
Keep accurate and up-to-date warehouse inventories in Agresso as well as on Bin cards inside the warehouses and stores
Load, offload, pack and shelve materials and supplies
Report on low levels, stock reorder points and any damages on stored materials
Keep track and initiating regular maintenance of warehouse safety and freight manipulating equipment
Participate in stock take and inventory count processes
Follow all relevant safety and environmental policies
Any other duty that may be requested and assigned by the supervisor

RequirementsMust have:

High-school diploma or higher in a relevant field
Strong command of English, both spoken and written, and native proficiency in Ukrainian
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with common software and applications
Minimum of two years of experience in the logistics field
Valid driving licence, minimum B category

Desirable:

Knowledge of importation and customs procedures

Experience with warehouse management softwarePrevious experience working in insecure environments, with the ability to perform effectively under challenging conditionsPersonal Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSystematic and organised in approach, including accuracy, consistency, and attention to details, tenacity, and the ability to work under pressureAbility to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure with limited supervisionNPA is an equal opportunity employer.
