Associate (International Litigation Department)

• Participate in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team, as required, to ensure optimum outcomes for the clients;
• Analysis of cases in Ukrainian and International Law;
• Development of legal strategy of the case;
• Preparation of the necessary procedural documents;
• Representation of clients in court;
• Support enforcement proceedings;
• Communication with the clients.

• Degree in law from reputable state universities (LLM is a plus);
• At least 3 years of work experience as a senior associate in reputable local or international law firm;
• Good knowledge of procedural law;
• Relevant experience in Dispute Resolutions (commercial disputes, not less than 3 years) on the wide variety of issues and experience of representing clients' interests in international arbitration institutions is a plus;
• Brilliant drafting skills;
• Fluent spoken and written legal and business English is a must;
• Attorney's status.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Strong time management and organizational skills;
• Strong drive and initiative;
