- Ten years of working experience in IT outsourcing
- Four-year working experience in management positions
- At least one year of proven experience as a Project Manager of fixed-price projects
- Strong managerial profile, sales orientation, strong analytical skills

- Excellence in applying the PMBoK principles and best practices from SDLC, Agile & Scrum
- Previous experience in the role of QAL/TL/PL/SA (would be a plus)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, computer science, or similar
- Level of English: Upper-intermediate + (at least)
- Ensuring delivery excellence and high-quality of software outsourcing services (CSAT, product quality, process quality, project management quality, people quality, and tools maturity)
- Ensuring the attainment of the project's profitability indicators
- Achieving the strategic goals translated into KPIs for the role
- Facilitating growth and development of existing accounts as well as onboarding new accounts
- Ensuring high client satisfaction for all accounts
- Establishing appropriate and efficient business relations with all clients
- Ensure hiring top talents that possess relevant skills for the implementation of the whole project or some of its tasks
- Assisting with the search for full-time and part-time resources to implement the project
- Keeping employee turnover at a low level (less than 10%) on all relevant accounts. Assuming responsibility for hiring and firing
- Contributing to the inspiring environment for employees' development, increasing their motivation, loyalty, and involvement in order to ensure that Leobit becomes one of the most coveted workplaces in Lviv in the field
- Collaborating with functional offices (SDO, QMO, R&D, Sales, Marketing, HR) and ensuring their compliance with the delivery strategy
- Ensuring that the processes are well-defined, documented, and monitored
- Being able to act as an interim project manager on key accounts (in exceptional circumstances)
- Leading new project launches, taking ownership of pre-sales activities, and driving the development of project proposals
- Defining and controlling the key project health indicators for all projects
- Monitoring the efficiency of PM/PC on the relevant projects
- Mentoring and managing professional development of the PM/PC
- Developing accounts and teams within the assigned delivery unit (50-100 people) according to KPIs defined (CSAT, ESAT, Revenue, GM, Turnover, 360 review, personal goals, etc.)
