- Acting as primary point of contact for the customer in relation to clinical considerations, product orders and business development.
- Achieving sales and utilization quota results in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for the Company's consumables and CS device
- Building long lasting relationship with customers and with this achieve sales quota results in the assigned territory.
- Providing individual clinical training & support, together with presentations and demonstrations (non-patient) to the customer on the safe and effective use of the CoolSculpting technology and device, using effective communication techniques.
- Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of CoolSculpting, and how they fulfil the needs of the customer.
- Educating and supporting the customer with marketing strategies including but not limited to, in-clinic office branding/merchandising, patient segmentation and external marketing strategies to generate and drive patient flow.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area. Active participation in industry-related trade shows/meetings
- Preparing sales contracts, quotes, price, and terms per company guidelines.
- Completing administrative responsibilities including quarterly business plans, up-to-date account profiles and the customer database.
- Developing and maintaining supportive, productive, and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to travel adequately to cover territory including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-4 years work experience, selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other health care providers is preferred
- Direct customer experience with the Aesthetic/Plastic surgeon and dermatology audience is preferred
- Experience with consumables selling is preferred
- Fluency in English is essential given the International nature of the CoolSculpting business model
