- Good working knowledge of Microsoft windows OS (Win10, Win11, 2016 and newer), Microsoft Office suite;
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office 365;
- Experience working with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching). OSI model understanding how it works;
- DHCP, DNS, VPN, VoIP fundamentals;
- English – not lower than Intermediate level.
- Maintains computer & IT asset management, including an inventory of all current and retired IT equipment;
- Assists the Helpdesk to perform system update and maintenance;
- Assists the Helpdesk in responding and troubleshooting network virus attacks, outages and system performance;
- Tracks, maintains and escalates technical helpdesk service requests;
- Troubleshoots hardware and software trouble tickets;
- Prioritizes, addresses, and resolves technical issues using independent judgment;
- Ensure continued smooth operation of the global IT infrastructure;
- Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
