- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in the gambling industry;
- 2+ years of managing teams or products;
- Proven experience in gambling industry or its detailed understanding;
- Understanding of gambling industry and operations, trends, competition, UI/UX, product, marketing and many other aspects;
- Gambling product knowledge with a hunger for innovation and mobile focus;
- Experience in creating process documentation, specifications, diagrams;
- Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements and prioritize them with focus on maximum value;
- Understanding of gambling trends, competition, UI/UX, product, marketing and many other aspects;
- Experience working with requirements within Scrum framework and write quality user stories;
- Ability to actively manage priority and scope for technical development efforts;
- Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements;
- Advanced spoken and written English;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to details;
- Good analytical skills;
- Good team player, motivated to solve complex tasks;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe certifications;
- Game dev Industry experience.
- Own the product features roadmaps from end to end;
- Responsible to translate the business vision and goals to a clear backlog for the teams and provide business reasoning for each item;
- Gathering product requirements (interview stakeholders, analyze existing interfaces etc.) and convert them in user stories;
- Manage the communication with the teams and the stakeholders;
- Work together with the team to release the product in high quality and on time (with the highest Value);
- Own the product lifecycle: market, BI and user research, defining wireframes, scope, KPIs and development process;
- Work closely with top-notch pros in UX, Dev and Marketing to take your product to market;
- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.
