Job Description:Our American outsourcing company Augment is looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance & Analytics, for one of our clients in the gaming industry who offer digital payment and wallet solutions. This is a cross-functional role responsible for conducting quantitative analyses and reporting of financial and operational performance of the company and its clients.Requirements:Degree in relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or StatisticsMore than 4 years of experience in financial analysis, analytics, data science, or related field.Expertise in Microsoft Power BI to build effective dashboards.Expertise in MS Excel (ability to create, maintain and analyze complex spreadsheets).Demonstrated ability to present a data-driven financial narrative using detailed reports and charts.Demonstrated ability to translate quantitate data into actionable, strategic recommendations.Demonstrated ability to create and maintain ROI models, 3-statement models, sensitivity analyses, etc.Working knowledge of data structure and design.Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate analyses into easily digestible content for executive management consumption. Strong work ethic and organizational skills.Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.Preferred SkillsComfortable using Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.Prior experience with Vena or similar planning and reporting platform.Familiarity with Google Analytics.Experience in the payments and/or gaming industries.Responsibilities:Provide reporting and analytics to support tracking of KPI's, business trends, returns and losses, product performance, marketing campaign performance, and customer evaluation.Manage dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insights to stakeholders and work to ensure utilization and adoption of reporting by these stakeholders.Publish and automate dashboards for both internal and external facing clients.Support the Directors in securing buy-in from key stakeholders about results from measurement to actionable business applications.Work with leaders to establish appropriate KPI's and ROI calculations for product initiatives and marketing campaigns to determine efficiency and effectiveness, provide optimization recommendations, and influence marketing campaign planning.Work with the Director and others on forecasts including revenue, expense forecasting, balance sheet analysis and cash flow forecasting including actual to forecast reporting and analysis.Gather and organize financial data from the accounting department into meaningful reports, perform variance analysis, and ensure accurate and appropriate GL posting.Compile and analyze financial and KPI reports to present discrepancies and trends that require senior management's attention.Produce end of month reporting for management including Board of Managers reporting, revenue, expense, and any other reports as required.Improve company financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
