- Be deeply involved into sales process of IT services abroad
- Plan and perform sales campaigns as a lead generation specialist
- Closely interact and communicate with Solead's sales professionals
- Invent and implement new sales strategies, analyze results
- Assess performed sales campaigns and build sales reports
- Proactively suggest improvements to the existing sales process
- Be ready to grow to full-featured sales professional role
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in marketing or similar
- Basic understanding of IT (software development) industry
- Ability to plan your work, choose the right work tools, and analyze obtained results
- Ability to process and classify large amounts of information, optimize own efforts
- High accuracy, responsibility, and attention to details
- Persistence and determination to achieve objectives
- Openness and positive attitude to people, excellent communication skills
- Work experience with MS Office and Google Workspace tools
- Strong English (B2 or higher)
