Dispatcher (Sales, plumbing industry)

• Maintain the service technician schedules and dispatch plumbers as service calls are completed.
• Be a coordinator between a call center and plumbers;
• Get a correct info from the client and identify the problem;
• Resolve high complexity problems;
• Maintain customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information;
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead, times, equipment service, and service invoicing, and general inquiries;
• Review completed service work orders for accuracy;
• Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers and plumbers.
• Schedule: 2 shifts that are rotating: 7am - 5pm Pacific time, 11am - 8 pm Pacific time (5pm - 2am and 9pm - 6am Kyiv time), 1h break (split)

• Advanced English;
• Two years of experience in dispatch and coordination;
• Decision making, schedule management, quick coordination of current tasks, timing;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience in the plumbing industry is an advantage.
• Salary: $1000 (base) + $500 bonuses
