- Creating opportunities in CRM (Salesforce)
- Assist with inputting data in CRM
- Prepare contracts and make sure they get signed by clients
- Liaise and follow-up with the internal teams (Professional Services Team, Sales, CSM) and clients to collaborate on closing the deals
- Review client contracts for compliance with internal policies
- Manage incentives for the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, aligning with company policies and performance objectives
- Filling Prospects questionnaires (RFPs), ensuring responses are comprehensive, competitive, and delivered on time
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Constantly improve the working process, making it more efficient
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Business Consulting or Finance
- You have great verbal and written English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail
- You participated in automating or optimizing business processes you owned
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams
- Proactive and positive-minded approach to work
- Confident user of CRM software (Salesforce or similar system) and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Using Zapier, Tray.io, Workato, and/or being able to visualize business processes is a plus
- You are enthusiastic about learning and leveraging new technologies, including AI, to drive results
- Be willing to adjust your start and end times to accommodate working with teams in different time zones. (The team typically begins work at 11 am in the Ukrainian time zone)
