- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industries
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and service agreements
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze market conditions and client feedback to refine service offerings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outsourcing, IT services, or consulting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of outsourcing industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Level of spoken English - C1 (Advanced)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
