- Supervise and provide technical support to PFL Field Officers within the Sub-Delegation, overseeing and ensuring the effective execution of standard PFL tasks, including case intake, management, and analysis of the caseload
- Lead the identification of key stakeholders involved in the response for missing and captured persons and their families; act as the primary point of contact for these actors and collaborate with the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) to regularly assess and adjust the Movement's PFL actions
- Ensure all PFL data is accurately and promptly entered into Prot 6, in line with delegation guidelines and workflow, working closely with the Prot Data Focal Point at the Sub-Delegation level
- Plan, organize, and lead dissemination sessions with family associations and the families of missing/captured persons to raise awareness about ICRC's PFL actions, better understand their needs, and maintain proximity to the affected population
- Foster collaboration and synergies with other operational departments, ensuring proactive engagement and internal referrals to relevant services
- Manage and be accountable for the PFL budget, ensuring proper allocation and tracking of expenses for all PFL-related activities within the Area of Responsibility (AoR)

- Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
- University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 6-9 years of professional experience in relevant roles
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a social worker or in a similar capacity
- 2-3 years of experience working with the ICRC in the field of PFL (or a similar role with another international organization)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing protection activities or projects
- Professional fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and platforms
- Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in analyzing, and interpreting information for decision-making purposes
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and humanitarian principles
