- Provide technical and administrative support to implement the ICRC's forensic program
- Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for forensic-related activities, including training sessions, workshops, and the dignified and safe management of deceased persons
- Ensure up-to-date forensic dissemination materials, publications, and relevant resources
- Actively participate in forensic-related meetings, briefings, and training events
- Prepare and deliver regular updates on forensic matters
- Maintain records for archiving, monitoring, and reporting purposes
- Support the dissemination of ICRC messages and information
- Provide translation and interpretation services between English and Ukrainian

- Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
- University degree or equivalent qualification in medicine, administrative sciences, criminalistics, biological sciences, forensic sciences, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field (e.g. forensics, medico-legal work, public health, or humanitarian operations)
- Previous experience working with or within Ukrainian medico-legal institutions is a strong asset
- Full professional fluency in Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard IT tools
- Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate across functions, and maintain a client- and beneficiary-focused approach
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to humanitarian principles
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
