- Take ownership of the sales pipeline, managing and monitoring each stage: lead generation, initial discussions, commercial negotiations, contract negotiation, signed agreements, integration, and product launch.
- Presenting and attending trade shows, events and conferences where required to attract more new customers.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among internal teams (marketing, legal, operations, product and delivery) ensuring a coordinated and efficient effort.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and delivery, and serving as the main point of contact for initial account management.
- At least 2 years of experience in iGaming with a strong track record of working in a B2B/В2С environment (UA, EU and other markets).
- Proven ability to manage complex sales pipelines and coordinate efforts across multiple teams and departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
