We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in various administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the CEO's schedule, managing communications, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing valuable support for executive-level decision-making.Responsibilities:Proven experience in managing social media accounts for professional purposes.
- Familiarity with creating engaging content and utilizing social media tools.
- Efficiently manage the CEO's daily schedule, prioritizing meetings and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
- Manage calendars, ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups.- Arrange all aspects of travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics for the CEO's trips.
- Conduct post-meeting follow-ups and engage in social networks.
- Proficiently handle various documents related to executive tasks.
- Provide support in gathering information about prospective clients.- Draft emails and letters, conduct research, and prepare materials to support sales initiatives.
- Gather, research, and compile information to prepare reports based on CEO's requests.- Write and compile reports using various sources of information, data, and documents.
- Work closely with native English speakers on a daily basis, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Requirements:Experience with Social Media Management (SMM):
  • Proven experience in effectively managing social media accounts, creating content, and implementing social media strategies.
Excellent Organizational and Multitasking Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain order in various aspects of executive support.
Order Management:
  • Experience in managing orders, booking accommodations, and handling logistics efficiently.
Conference and Event Coordination:
  • Capability to coordinate conference attendance, including purchasing tickets, registering for events, and managing logistics.
