you will be interested in what we have to offer, so please keep on reading.For our Alfa Laval team in Kiev or Warsaw, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, who is self-driven team player, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn and develop, reliable and goal-oriented, persistent, and patient.The role is responsible for looking for new business opportunities in the market and for developing new ideas and concepts for future offerings with the mission to develop our business.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to promote Alfa Laval products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research, lead generation, and prospecting potential clients
  • Build a long-term relationship with key stakeholders, and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings to meet specific customer needs and requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Take all necessary actions to achieve expected KPI respecting internal procedures and high business standards
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
What we require:
  • Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar)
  • Commercial and basic financial acumen
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position
  • nice to have experience with HVAC or district heating business.
  • Fluent in English& Polish & Ukrainian
