- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to promote Alfa Laval products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research, lead generation, and prospecting potential clients
- Build a long-term relationship with key stakeholders, and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings to meet specific customer needs and requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Take all necessary actions to achieve expected KPI respecting internal procedures and high business standards
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar)
- Commercial and basic financial acumen
- Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position
- nice to have experience with HVAC or district heating business.
- Fluent in English& Polish & Ukrainian
