- Be a first point of contact for Automat-IT customers regarding their AWS billing and consumption data
- Work closely with Automat-IT customers to help them understand, monitor and analyze their cloud consumption data
- Suggest cost optimization opportunities in customers’ environments, implement or supervise the implementation of the recommendations
- Create and manage data alerts and budgets based on data models to identify anomalies in cloud spend
- Create and deliver ad-hoc reports and dashboards
- Onboard new customers to Automat-IT services
- Make an impact on internal FinOps tool development
- Customer-orientated and excellent communication skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and task management skills
- Solid working experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and task management systems
- Ability to analyze various volumes of data and generate meaningful insights
- Ability to translate reports into actionable recommendations
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finances, or operations research - advantage
- Have practical experience in FinOps or similar cloud-related roles - advantage
- IT project experience in a similar role or as a junior Project Manager - advantage
- Understand cloud services, architectures, and tools - advantage
- Worked with cost management tools, such as CloudHealth or Anodot - advantage
