Chief Financial Officer

• Experience in a senior financial position: Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
• Experience in affiliate marketing or grey niche area, investments;
• Knowledge and experience with Financial Reporting Standards;
• Proficiency in financial management, investment strategies, tax optimization, and compliance;
• Knowledge and experience with accounting software/ ERP systems(1C, Tableau, Power BI, etc).
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify changes and make decisions based on electronic data.
• Leadership skills: Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, make independent decisions.
• Communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with managers, employees and company executives.

• Strategic management. Develop and execute financial strategy of the company, aligning it with the overall business objectives;
• Financial department team management. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities;
• Optimize resource allocation. Collaborate with other departments (stakeholders) to optimize resource allocation, fostering efficiency and synergy;
• Budgeting and reporting;
• Managing budgets, financial infrastructure;
• Personal finances of shareholders/partners management;
• Monitoring cash flow;
• Optimizing capital structure, and ensuring effective utilization of financial resources to enhance profitability and drive growth.
