- Audit and edit existing in-app texts: notifications, tooltips, dialogs, etc.
- Rewrite unclear messages and propose user-friendly alternatives.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX engineer and developers to define content tone, structure, and logic.
- Document content style guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all textual elements.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or UX writing for digital products;
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and friendly copy;
- Familiarity with writing for B2B, engineering, or software-heavy environments;
- Excellent grammar, proofreading skills, and language precision;
- Experience working with design and development teams.
