Our PPC department currently consists of 4 highly skilled professionals, and we are looking to expand our team with an experienced Amazon PPC Team Lead.💫Role Overview:As the Amazon PPC Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing our PPC team to deliver outstanding advertising results on the Amazon platform. You will design strategy, oversee campaign execution, manage budgets, analyze performance, and collaborate across teams to achieve business goals.📌Working Conditions:✔️Full-time position✔️Remote work✔️Competitive Salary ($3000+)✔️Schedule (5 days/week, 10 AM-7 PM Kyiv time)🎯 Requirements:✅4+ years of experience in Amazon PPC: deep knowledge of all ad types, including their use cases, strengths, and optimization tactics.✅Proven track record in managing and optimizing large-scale PPC campaigns, driving performance across multiple products.✅Strong command of Amazon Ads platform and deep understanding of industry best practices, optimization workflows, and advanced features.✅2−3 years of experience leading a PPC team: successfully managed and scaled teams of 4+ people, with a focus on performance and growth.✅Excellent analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.✅Strong communication and collaboration skills: able to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.✅Self-motivated and proactive: comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, with a high level of ownership and accountability.🎯 Responsibilities:❇️Team Management and Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Amazon PPC specialists
Assign tasks, set goals, and provide training and feedback
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team

❇️Campaign Strategy and Planning

Develop comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies aligned with marketing and sales goals
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategic decisions
Identify target audiences and select relevant keywords

❇️Campaign Management and Optimization

Oversee the setup and optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed and performance goals are met
Review and approve campaign structures, budgets, and bidding strategies to ensure alignment with performance targets
Review performance data, support A/B testing initiatives, and drive strategic decisions based on insights

❇️Ad Creation and Collaboration

Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals aligned with brand messaging
Guide targeting strategies and provide feedback to ensure campaign relevance and effectiveness

❇️Performance Analysis and Reporting

Own the development of PPC strategy, define key KPIs, track campaign performance, and prepare clear reports with insights and recommendations.
Ensure strategy execution stays on track and KPIs are consistently met.

❇️Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure PPC strategies support broader business objectives
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners as needed

❇️Industry Awareness

Stay up to date with Amazon advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates
Identify and leverage new features and opportunities to enhance campaign performance
