This role is focused on boosting outbound activity, identifying and engaging potential clients, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.You'll work closely with our BD & Sales Representative and Marketing team, helping us expand our client base by researching target markets, crafting personalized outreach, and booking calls with decision-makers.If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy digging into details, and want to grow in sales, this role is for you.What We're Expecting For:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in a B2B and tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools.
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools and CRM platforms (PipeDrive, Lemlist, Clay, etc).
  • Ability to structure and analyze data in spreadsheets to organize and track leads.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on lead generation and conversion metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach emails.
  • Strong research skills with an analytical mindset and ability to identify high-quality leads using online resources.
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to continuously refine search strategies and explore new channels for lead generation.
  • Strong written business communication in English (Upper-Intermediate).
Bonus Points
  • Experience with event outreach (e.g., preparing contacts and booking meetings for conferences).
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Cold Outreach: Help with developing and executing cold outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate high-quality leads.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify outbound leads to ensure they match our ideal customer profile before passing them to the sales team. * Event & Conference Outreach: Generate leads by managing outreach efforts tied to business development events and conferences.
  • Strategy Optimization: Continuously analyze performance and refine outreach processes to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the BD & Sales representative to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and align on outbound messaging.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (PipeDrive) to track interactions, outreach progress, and results.

  • Initial HR Interview (30 min)
  • Test Assignment: Complete a short task showcasing your skills and record a video presentation (Loom, up to 5 minutes) explaining your approach. (2 hours)
  • Interview with BD & Sales Representative & Co-Founder (30 min)
  • Final Interview with C-Level Executives (30 min)
