- 1-2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in a B2B and tech environment.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools.
- Proficiency with lead generation tools and CRM platforms (PipeDrive, Lemlist, Clay, etc).
- Ability to structure and analyze data in spreadsheets to organize and track leads.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on lead generation and conversion metrics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach emails.
- Strong research skills with an analytical mindset and ability to identify high-quality leads using online resources.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to continuously refine search strategies and explore new channels for lead generation.
- Strong written business communication in English (Upper-Intermediate).
- Experience with event outreach (e.g., preparing contacts and booking meetings for conferences).
- Previous experience working in a startup environment.
- Cold Outreach: Help with developing and executing cold outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate high-quality leads.
- Strategy Optimization: Continuously analyze performance and refine outreach processes to improve conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Partner with the BD & Sales representative to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and align on outbound messaging.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (PipeDrive) to track interactions, outreach progress, and results.
