- Experience in sales, customer support, or sales administration
- Ability to strictly follow the rules and process guidance
- Interest or experience in finance and investments
- Writing emails and follow-ups after calls and meetings (100% of the communications in this position are conducted through email)
- Working with CRM Salesforce
- Preparing lists for calling for Investor Relationship Managers
- Approving people on the website based on specified criteria
- Preparing and updating reports related to the interactions with customers
- 100% remote work
- Flexible schedule (at least 30-40 hr/week)
- Competitive hourly rate of EUR 5 - 12 (depends on the results of the interview, previous experience, and the test task)
- Professional growth (within a six-month period, you will have the opportunity to become a Manager of one of the departments' divisions)
