Marketing Analyst

• Compose on regular basis performance reviews (operational, sales, marketing).
• Collect & analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns by analyzing key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, engagement metrics).
• Provide recommendations to optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to client needs and business objectives.
• Ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Respond to internal and external business requests for data analysis and insights.
• Prepare comprehensive executive summaries and reports for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendation.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or other related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ Proven experience in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau), language (R / Python) or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data set.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Languages: English, Ukrainian - a must, Spanish is a plus
