- Hands-on experience in lead/demand generation within the IT industry;
- Experience or solid understanding of the B2B sector;
- Experience or demonstrated expertise in cold calls;
- Advanced English level;
- Availability: Ability to work 2–3 days a week with extended hours aligned to the Pacific Time Zone, up to approximately 9 PM Central European Time, with flexibility.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills;
- Proven proactivity and effective time management;
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;
- An enthusiastic and positive "can-do" attitude;
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the IT Service Industry;
- Experience working with Engineers and CTOs;
- Experience in financial and/or ticketing domains.
- Engage the domains that Softjourn specializes in – Financial, Ticketing, and Entertainment – to drive interest in Softjourn and generate leads/opportunities;
- Utilize multiple channels – emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls – to connect with potential clients;
- Lead nurturing – manage and engage our existing database of leads, designing effective nurturing campaigns to move them further down the funnel;
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to the Head of the department;
- Work with the Softjourn knowledge base and complete relevant internal training courses to gain a thorough understanding of Softjourn’s business, processes, and portfolio.
