We’re looking for an Account Manager who can build strong client relationships while keeping projects on track. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and the delivery team — ensuring expectations are clear, needs are understood, and results are delivered.Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and maintaining strong, long-term relationships;
Coordinating with the internal team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered on time;
Monitoring project progress and keeping clients updated on status, deliverables, and timelines;
Preparing and maintaining account documentation, including budgets and financial reports;
Identifying client needs, risks, and challenges — and proactively working with the team to resolve them.

What we’ll need from you:

2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing project coordination (ideally in IT outsourcing);
B2+ level of English (both written and spoken);
Good understanding of software development processes;
Experience preparing financial reports;
Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana for task coordination and reporting;
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Will be a plus:

Previous experience in an outsourcing environment;
A great sense of humor ☺️
